As I am still receiving requests to change passwords I thought I had better update the information:
- Most, if not all, are reporting that their old passwords worked fine. Try that first! The only reason we went through this process is because Register.ca said that they "would not work". I guess they were wrong!
- If your old password does not work, follow the instructions to RESET your password as shown in the post on the forum (you can read that as a guest).
- If none of those work, send me an e-mail to email@example.com and tell me what you did and what did or did not work. Make note that you read this post and are still having problems.
